Location is this sites best asset with a short walk to the beach across the road, pub and shop at entrance. Hard standing pitch was ok and large enough. Shower blocks big enough and modern. My only negative comment would be some people leave the toilets and showers in a disgusting state, so this is the fellow campers who have... More

On our 4th visit to this site after always being very pleased we couldn't have been more disappointed, as we came as a couple not with our family rather than bringing the tent we decided to pay the extra for what is described as a glamping pod! A loose description I would call it a shed with beds and not... More

Stayed in the static 2 bed caravan ..vans are brand new, spotless and home from home. The site doesnt have a pool or a clubhouse but you dont need them when you have the fantastic porth beach 100 yards away and the mermaid inn. Newquay is a couple of minutes away by car and has enough to do if the... More

I was a little apprehensive as this was my first time camping but I can honestly say I loved it! The site is arranged in rows and they give you ample space to set up your tent/motor home. The toilet and shower areas were clean, spacious and had plenty of each! Not what I expected at all for camping toilets!... More

We've stayed at this site before in the static caravans, and have always been more than happy. It's become our family retreat and was looking forward to a nice peaceful stay. Well the site as been transformed and not for the better! The caravans are a lot smaller, there are 2 rows now and no privacy what so ever, the caravans... More

Just returned from a great short break booked through Hoseasons and we ( 2 adults & 4 teenagers) stayed in an Avonmore decked static caravan. We loved the space, comfort, 2 toilets! ( even though the site has super washroom facilities) and the decked area to enjoy sitting out on especially in the evenings. Thank you to the staff at... More

My daughter and I stayed in one of the two new 'glamping' pods for two nights. There wasn't a great deal of information about the pods on the website and the pictures showed them just built so it was difficult to see their position on this large camping and caravan site. The pods are new and very clean. They have... More

Clean well maintained site just opposite porth beach. Good shower/toilet block facilities but little else on site (small shop just up the road). Good size pitches, however do not pitch (if tenting) to the latter half of the site, kept awake most nights by noise of dog kennels adjacent to park (ear plugs necessary!). May have relocated if stayed longer.... More
