Just come back from a 5 day trip with National Holiday, I didn't really expect much as I read the reviews before I went, however I wasn't expecting it to be as bad as it was. The Hotel is very run down and in need of updating and repair. For breakfast I asked for brown bread (a dietry requirement) and... More

The hotel needs to hold on to its members of staff, especially the more senior lady at reception who proved to be particularly helpful. These people were the best thing about the hotel and they could do well elsewhere. We had to ask for our room to be vacuum cleaned and it took two days to get this done in... More

We have just returned from a National Holiday trip we wish we had not gone on as the hotel spoiled it all. The nearest you want to be to this hotel is on the road passing it at the maximum speed limit allowed. We have done lots of National holidays and have had good and not so good hotels but... More

We stayed at this hotel with National Holidays & the hotel was so bad the driver complained to head office! The hotel is DIRTY! It was so bad we kept our clothes in suitcase! Food is sub standard and we had to eat our meals elsewhere! Patronising staff! Not one positive comment regarding this hotel!

This hotel is budget, but you pay for what you get. Pay peanuts get sunpat. I found no fault here for the price, yes it's tired but the staff are brilliant. The receptionist/manager was so helpful so full marks there. The breakfast was scrummy and hot, so can't complain, and the bedding and towels were clean. If you want more... More
