This Hotel is a disgrace. No hot water at all. Im not joking when i say this... the shower was in the middle of the room so if ya mate was watching tv he could also watch you shower. This place is so dirty Im still feeling grimey from sleeping on the beds. Under the beds were items that had been there for weeks & not cleaned, this was proven by the news paper that was a week old. This hotel is something else. Arrived for a stag party on a Friday for 2 nights to share 4 rooms between us. Initial blow was when the miserable cow decided to charge another £5 per person per night after informing me it was £30 each not the £35 she then charged. I stayed at the Sutherland with a group of mates for a stag do and was very pleased with our choice. The location cannot be bettered.The staff are good but the young bloke is abrupt and bossy. Best of all the bar shut at 5.15am. Breakfast was a bit early. Will be going again for my birthday. more
