With the help of lovely wedding planner Martina, we had the most perfect wedding day! She was the most helpful person ever who was able to answer all sorts of questions that we came up with! Our ceremony was in the small dining room as we wanted a small service with only 14 guests, then it was transformed it to... More

I have stayed in the Bristol for four nights from 18 to 22 May 2015. And what a pleasure it was. I have been working in Cornwall on nights. I was never disturbed by house keeping once, they must be the quietest ladies on the planet, for a hotel of this size that was amazing. Well done house keeping. Every... More

From our arrival to our departure we were treated as valued customers! The bedroom was generously proportioned and the bathroom massive,in which the only heating was by means of an electric towel-rail......somewhat inadequate when outside temperatures dip! However, overall quality of food and faultless service more than made up for this.We would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel if... More

The hotel stands on the cliff top overlooking the sea and if you are fortunate enough to have a front room you might enjoy the view. Our room was a endless trek of upstairs and downstairs again to a rear annex overlooking the carpark. Very reasonable prices for accommodation and the food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was... More

We had a one night stop over at this hotel and it was lovely. The hotel is well located, near once of the beaches and within a short distance to local facilities. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and really made this a pleasant stay, from the moment Daniel and Julia booked us in through to Phil the Bar... More

I am a non resident visitor to this hotel. The hotel Bristol, though trading under the Best Western 'flag' is in fact privately owned and is one of Newquay's oldest hotels with a service and tradition difficult to find today. It has the air of the 1920/30s with well preserved Art Deco fitting and furnishings. Unfortunately I cannot comment on... More

Could not have picked a better place for this occasion. Hotel accommodated 12 family members aged 4 to senior citizens with something for every member to enjoy - offered a private dining room with beautiful sea views - excellent menu with care taken to include choice for all members - use of games room, swimming pool at any time -... This hotel is perfectly clean and brasses are polished (I love clean brasses). It is also in an excellent location for exploring Cornwall. At first, and certainly on arrival in our bedroom, I noted that the decor was rather old fashioned and wondered whether I had made the right decision. However, after staying for 5 nights, my view changed and... More

My Wife and I have just spent four days of complete bliss at the Hotel Bristol in Newquay, the rooms, service, food was excellent. This is not the first time we have been there but it seems to have improved on every level, we were able to visit the Eden Project and brilliant visit to the lovely Town of Truro,... More
