Just got back today after a three night stay and over all I had a wonderful time. The plus points are the staff, reception, bar and breakfast staff were polite, friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel lobby and seating areas are pretty and in suiting to the date of the hotel, I was also happy with WI FI... More

what a fantastic 2 night break away we had, the hotel was better than we imagined, the rooms were clean, comfortable and excellently furnished, but it was the staff who made our stay extra special especially the restaurant staff who couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or professional an nothing was to much for them

Up there was one of the worst hotels that i've had the mispleasure to stay in. We stayed as a large group and the hotel was booked because of the fantastic pictures online on both their website and on booking.com. The hotel is weathered and old. As we drove into the car park I thought we hand typed the wrong... More

great value for money. We had two rooms, both very large and clean. We were on the first floor and had sea views. Breakfast was plentiful. Location great. The rooms needed a window as we were reluctant to keep the patio door open as the "balcony" (roof of dining room) was shared with other rooms. I had taken fans so... More

We booked the hotel directly because it was booked fairly late and it was the only way we could get a hotel for a 3 night stay. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and took time to get the booking I wanted. We probably paid top rate but from the experience it was probably worth... More

We arrived at The Legacy Hotel Victoria about 2.30 pm. We were addressed by the receptionist as You Guys not a polite way to address customers. We had booked a break through Hotelshop and paid when we booked but the receptionist asked us for the money I refused and was adamant we had paid she then found a piece of... More

Stayed here on a short break on a weekend deal. The main reason I reviewed the Victoria as excellent is the staff and the service, which, in my opinion is more important than the odd frayed carpet or marked decor. We had a problem with noise from an event on our last evening, which unfortunately the hotel could not resolve... More

not a great place to stay and relax .a below average hotel for that price . rooms and corridors are tired and terribly in need of renovation . good location . staff are courteous and mannered . the hair dryer in the room was broken and in dangerous condition with electrics popping out .

The worst Hotel we have ever stayed at. The room,(223) at the front as so out dated it was unbelievable. It contained an old box TV (not flat screen) with an old digital box sitting on top dating back to the mid 90's. The carpet was stained, the wallpaper, although looking fairly new, was in places peeling off the wall.... More

Booked the day before travelling and chose this hotel for the proximity to the town centre of Newquay. Hotel is in a good central location and has the added benefit of on site parking at very reasonable rates, but it is on a first come, first served basis. Now the hotel itself has certainly seen better days, and in years... More
