We had a great stay. The hotel was quite small but very cosy. The room we stayed at was very top quality and spacious with excellent sea views. The bed and bedding were of especially highest quality, therefore, very comfortable and good deep sleep. Breakfast were outstanding with one of the the best coffee we had ever had. Staff were... The hotel was quite small but cosy, our room was small but very comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked the bay, we could hear the waves crushing onto the shore. The only shortcoming is that there is not a car park near by.

Our stay at Lazy Waves was just lovely. From our welcome when we arrived. We didn't know where to go so Trevor talked us through the streets and was standing in the middle of the road to guide us in lol. We stayed in room 5 which was very small but cosy and had a balcony overlooking the beautiful Fistral... More

This is a fantastic B&B. It is in a really good position in Central Newquay yet in a quiet street. It has uninterrupted views of the beach which is literally just across the road. Julie, Trevor Sophie and Luke are very welcoming and can't do enough for you. We stayed in room 5 which was small but had a balcony... More

Lovely welcome, fab room, fab view and fab breakfast :-). Will definitely visit again, sorry we didn't get to sample any of the lovely looking cakes in the Coffee Cove but we were too stuffed from our 'Full Cornish' :-). Would recommend, ideal for couples.

Room perfect - view from room window stunning - food gorgeous. Julie, Trevor, Sophie and Luke were absolutely terrific people, nothing was too much trouble for any of them, The B&B was minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Newquay, a stones throw away from the beach. It was a perfect location. Quiet and relaxing. My husband and I... More

I was always hesitant to stay in a b&b, however Lazy Waves is better than some of the hotels I have stayed in! Beautiful location, friendly staff and amazing views. I would definitely recommend this place! By the way, all the homemade food (including the cakes!) are absolutely delicious.

I wouldn't even call Lazy Waves a B&B it is more like a hotel. The owners are amazing, it was like speaking to friends we'd known for years, the coffee shop is great, the homemade cakes are to die for and the breakfast is out of this world! The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious and the binoculars are a... More
