Having staying here previously it was a delight to be back again and experience this lovely B&B and the great hosts along with eating a super full breakfast every morning. With the added bonus of a free upgrade with great sea views making this stay delightful. We love the location of Porth Cove because you are in easy reach of... More

We spent 3 nights in Porth Cove whilst visiting family in Newquay, and this B&B was perfect for our needs. The accommodation was homely and clean throughout, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view room, which really was a spectacular view to wake up to! The same views... More

A day at Porth Cove B&B starts with a wonderful sea view (you have to book a room with sea view), then you get served a good and made with love englisch breakfast. When you are strengthened for the day you can go out and you stay on the coast path. For us this was the best part of our... More

Believe me, the previous 2 places we had at, were far superior in Cost, Quality, Food and Service. Far cheaper and much better comfort !! The breakfast choice offered no fruit, no yogurts and a very basic "FULL ENGLISH" breakfast-- PROVIDING you don't want tomatoes, mushrooms or anything that may be out of their scope. They used to do tomatoes,... More

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay, but as you did not bring any of this to our attention whilst you were here we were unable to address any of these issues. As for the Europeans in the bar,it is there for all to enjoy and we are not prejudiced against the young or old or indeed foreign.we are... More

We stayed here earlier this month and were so pleased that we did. We had the room with the four poster bed with brilliant views. It was great being able to sit at the table in the evenings and watch the sunset. Yvonne and Jim are brilliant hosts and nothing is too much trouble. I loved the little packets of... More

Hi, we stay ed here for two days early September 14. Despite the fact the my friend had booked a gorgeous view and amazing room he booked it on the wrong date. The staff at the hotel however were very accomodating and managed to sort out their last remaining room. The room was small and up very narrow steps however... More

I have recently spent 3 nights at Porth Cove as a single traveller and found it to be very good value for money and just as I had expected from the ad. The owners were welcoming, the breakfast good and the room comfortable. The honesty bar was a good idea and I would certainly recommend this hotel and visit again.

Me, my boyfriend and mum decided to enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend on a trip to Newquay. I found this hotel on booking.com and thought the price was reasonable and it seemed to have good reviews. I couldn't agree more with what others have said. The owners were super friendly and accommodating, with a warm welcome. Rooms are nice with... More
