Stayed here in 2009 when we came for a holiday and to decide wheather or not to move to Newquay .Claire the owner was very nice and the room was spotless .The breakfast was standard but plenty full .At night you could hear the Lions if you had the window open as the Zoo is across and only a few... Fantastic place to stay would recommend to anyone, very clean and comfortable the food was lovely and the owners are very nice people very welcoming.Great hearing the lion roar on a night from the zoo over the road.

Stayed hear for a short break in August 2012 and couldn't recommend the place more. The landlady was extremely friendly, very welcoming and couldn't do enough.
