Our stay at the three beaches was brilliant. The double bed in the room was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the room was spotless and fresh with a beautiful view of the very well kept back garden. Very close to the beach and town centre on a lovely peaceful road. The full English breakfast... More

We have just returned from our week long stay at this hotel and can honestly say we were very sad to leave. We are a family with two eight year olds and the family room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We all had a full English breakfast everyday and it was superb and plentiful we did not need to eat... We stayed at the Three Beaches as a family of three in August 2014. This was our second visit and will not be our last. My brother and his family and my parents have also stayed here. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has it's own spacious carpark for guests to use. The food is second to none and cooked... More

Beautiful clean hotel right above Porth Beach but within walking distance of Newquay centre. Big en suite room with everything tidy and in good working order. Run by friendly people for whom nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast was good and plentiful, well served by a lovely lady. The experience just felt comfortable and relaxing. Intimate but well stocked bar. Recommended and... More

Just got back from a week at the Beaches with friends who had recommended it. We stayed half board and the meals were sumptuous.....in fact my Mary had to ask for smaller portions has she was worried about the amount of food she left on her plate. The hotel, rooms and accommodation is spotless and the staff cannot do enough... More

Wasn't sure what to expect from a 2 star B and B, but I needn't have worried. Slightly off the beaten track in a quiet residential area, yet still in walking distance of shops, restaurants and beaches, it's a lovely cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean place. Not ultra modern, but that didn't matter to me. The breakfasts were lovely, with... More

It's three years since I last reviewed this hotel,it was perfect then and it still is,we continue to go twice a year,so that must say something, don't just think about it, try it yourself, but try to book by January,it gets pretty full during the season..
