The room we stayed in was ok for the one night, the mattress wasnt very comfy could feel the springs an the bedding was a bit faded an tired, the wardrobe doors an handles were loose could do with attending too. Stayed here with my young son during half term. It's in a fantastic location with fistral on the doorstep and a great costal walk the other way. Janine was a warm and friendly owner who was very giving of information about attractions/ beaches, providing maps.We had a deal on the room for £25 per night. A bargain, I thought for... More

Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. On first impressions the hotel was a little run down and not as up to date as the pictures I had seen suggested. We were taken to our room by who I assume is the owner, who was polite and nice enough but gave us no information about check-out, the local area etc. I... More

On arrival there was no parking available and we were told to park on the road. When entered the hotel, no reception or receptionist. We booked a family room - 2 adults and 2 children under 3 years. Our room was on top floor and we had to climb over 30 steps. Communal toilet straight opposite our room. Room was... More

The first thing to say is the view blows your head off- right on the cliff overlooking a wide bay below. Super friendly staff, clean and small room but everything works well and feels cosy. Staff made a point of showing us maps and where things nearby are. We're a couple here to surf and they rent boards and suits... More

We were a family of 5, had a great little attic room overlooking Fistral Beach. The lady in charge was really helpful, and my 3 boys had a brilliant surf lesson organised by the hotel and led by Surfer Dave.

We (3) stayed here for 5 nights and had no complaints, the room was small, a little dated but clean and certainly adequate as we were not in the room for long periods other than to sleep. The view over Fistral beach was amazing. As we were on the top floor we didn't get disturbed by any other guests. The... More
