The ship Inn is a beautiful old pub full of character directly overlooking Mousehole harbour. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a very modern shower room . The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The breakfast was very well cooked with locally sourced food. Parked on quay for £3 with no problems .Would recommend... More

Nice, old inn, right on the harbour in Mousehole. Atmosphere in the Inn matches the quaint feel of the town. The room was a good size for a pub as old as this. Park on the quay before taking your bags the short walk to the hotel, as the streets are too narrow to allow stopping at the door.

Never wrote a review on here before but felt I had to say how enjoyable our stay at the Ship was. From the moment we walked in it, everyone was very welcoming and helpful, after a long journey a nice greeting and a very quick and easy check in were very appreciated. It also gave us chance to get changed... More

The Ship Inn is the only proper pub in Mousehole, and it's a really good pub. We just spent three nights there. We used to go fairly regularly, but after the tragic death of Charles (the Landlord) and the crew of the Penlee Lifeboat the Solomon Browne, we just couldn't face going there anymore. The recent visit was good because... More

Had lunch here as a break between doing the coastal walk. The food was delicious, we had the fish pie and the fish stew. Both were very yummy. It was quite busy but we managed to fund a seat and the service was great. I would highly recommend going here for lunch.

This very traditional Cornish pub is on the harbourside in Mousehole. It offers a few rooms (9?) B&B as well as pub food served in the bars or the restaurant. The rooms are in the cottage next door and furnished nicely with very comfy beds. The shower was a good size and we had everything we needed in the room,... More

We stayed at the Ship Inn for three nights last weekend. We had a family room (4) In the cottage next door. The room was nicely decorated clean and comfortable. Mel the land lady was most pleasant and as my wife was unwell she was very understanding and even gave her a home made cold remedy. Breakfasts were excellent served... More

We had a room the size of some peoples bed with a bathroom smaller than my home toilet on the road with a view of a wall. It is a good location and clean but a very disappointing room! We were in the cottage next door and to be honest I don't think we even had the worst room. There... More

I have stayed many times over the years and it has always been a great pub. The food is reasonable but the prices of the beer are inflated because of the location. The rooms are good and clean and comfortable and I always got a good price. There is no parking but there are car parks very close. The breakfast... More

+ very clean room, great location for harbor views, very friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, good food and beers right next door at reasonable prices. - our room was very small (ok for us but we,re small ! , a couple of six footers would struggle), location may not suite everyone as plenty of pedestrian and some vehicular traffic past...
