Had a lovely few days over New Years at this hotel, although i would say it's really a B&B. The location is superb, the breakfast was great, lots of choice. It was very clean and the owners are very approachable and friendly. The only down side is there is no parking at the hotel, there is an unloading bay opposite... More

My husband and I recently stayed here for the weekend after we got married. Our honeymoon was delayed so we had a 'mini moon' and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! On arrival we received a lovely welcome and most importantly a fresh cup of tea. We were helped to our room with our bags and awaiting us... More

Last weekend we went down to Looe for the Looe Music Festival and stayed at The Old Bridge House for 4 nights. You could not want for a better welcome when we arrived 2 hours early hopping to drop off our bags. The room was lovely, the beds comfortable and the on suite looked almost new. The next morning we... More

A delightful accommodation overlooking the harbour. The interiors are immaculate and my single room was very clean and comfortable with a great shower. Despite having a small single room at the back of the house with a limited "view" of the sky, it didn't feel claustrophobic. Even without partaking from the extensive honesty bar, a very quiet night and a... More

The fact that I can only think of one single fault for the Old Bridge House (the selection of obscure malt whiskies in the honesty bar might have been improved if there'd been a jug of mineral water to hand) sums it up - this really was the best place I can recall staying in. The attention to detail in... More

Hotel is well placed and close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Unfortunately we had to return a day early due to my mother in law having an accident. The owner couldn't have... More

Liz and Colin were the perfect hosts as usual - it always feels like going home when we visit the Old Bridge. Usual high standards throughout - bedroom, breakfasts and great river views. Thanks to them both as always.

We booked to stay at The Old Bridge House after reading the positive reviews and we were not disappointed. Liz and Colin are friendly, welcoming and attentive hosts. On arrival we were welcomed by Colin, who made us some tea and coffee and biscuits We then had a tour of the guesthouse and Colin showed us where everything was before... More
