The views are really great, parking and getting to the hotel can be a challenge on a wet and windy day. Good breakfast, friendly staff and several cats in residence. Place to relax.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable but the entrance, shared leaving space and staircase would need a serious refreshing and cleaning. The carpet is full of stain and you're better like cats as there are at least two around. Breakfast is very simple, nothing fancy. Have stayed at the Gulls twice now and will do so again. Always made to feel welcome...rooms are immaculate...not large, but more than adequate. Beautifully appointed and impeccably clean.
