Duncan & Kathy are two lovely people with a good sense of humour, great hosts & knowledgeable about the area. (Room 8-family room right at the top) No view, but quiet-which we think is more important. It was the best sleep I've ever had away from home.Good to stay at a hotel with a decent powerful shower & big bathroom/En-suite.... More

Firstly, many thanks to Kathy and Duncan for a lovely stay and the best cooked breakfast we have ever had. Your poached eggs are to die for! Parking: Private parking which is in with the price of your room. Located across the road behind the Petrol station. Access: Not recommended for anyone with mobility difficulties. There is a steep ramped... More

Duncan and Kathy made you very welcome to their home, this place has 8 rooms which can be booked direct. We found that the place was very clean, excellently placed for walking into the centre to the restaurants, which takes about 3 minutes. Parking in a private car park is also included in the nightly rate as is breakfast which... More

Well kept and maintained. Duncan and Kathy were very accomadating hosts. It made our 1 week stay very enjoyable. The location was great with stunning views from our bedroom and the terrace. They stay comes with parking which for Looe is very important. The bedroom was very comfortable and the fresh cooked breakfast was very well presented. Well done! Great... More

Highly recommended!!!! Such a friendly place, the location is great and we enjoyed a beer in the setting sun on the terrace with stunning views. Convenient for the town, the station and the coast path. The rooms were very clean and looked newly decorated, but that may be because they are so well maintained.

Just back from Looe Music Festival having stayed in the Deganwy for the second year running and just as impressed as last year. Personal service, great food, clean rooms, couldn't ask for more. The bed in Room 6 is very comfy too. The breakfasts were delicious, not all swimming in grease but tasty and filling. Thanks to Kathy and Duncan... More

Great location 2 mins from train station over looking the estuary which is very picturesque. Lovely spacious rooms very clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good quality with excellent service. Very relaxed and well run hotel. Only thing to consider is the steep incline to the hotel so no good if you have mobillty problems. However most properties in Looe... More

Stayed here for one night on Friday 22/8 with a friend. We had room 1 which had been sorted to accommodate 2 single beds. The room was lovely and quiet and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great with a choice of cereal, juice, toast and tea/coffee followed by a variety of cooked breakfast. We had the full... More

Having travelled down from Portsmouth to Looe it had been a long car drive and we couldn't wait to see what the location had to offer us. The satnav took us, what I can only describe as a 'hairy' back route to the B&B... the 'road' was the width of a car, we had to pull the wing mirrors in... More
