We stayed here a couple of years ago, then returned April 2012, the new owners Kim and Darren were very welcoming, it seems brighter, fresher, cleaner, than before. There are lovely sea views, breakfast was delicious, a wonderful place, (Looe is beautiful) would highly recommend Calico Guest House.

We have stayed in quite a few b&b's in Looe and this one has been the best so far. Recently taken over by Darren and Kim, they have redecorated and each room has its own modern layout with en-suite bathrooms. Fresh and clean. Our second stay at Calico, and it was lovely, the rooms are spotlessly clean and breakfast is always a treat. Sue runs a great business she is very friendly and caring.We we recommend this Guest House to anyone wanting to stay at Hannafore and overlook the ocean and St George's Island. Its a great location.
