Sue was very accommodating as we had to change our dates at the last minute. On the phone and in person Sue was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, asking what we planned on doing during our stay and offering us discount vouchers for some of the main attractions. We were made to feel very comfortable and at home here and... More

We found this lovely b&b on Tripadvisor. My husband had a job interview in falmouth and we needed somewhere for a one night stay. The house is absolutely spotless, very comfortable bed and everything you need. Had a fantastic nights sleep and delicious breakfast. I have coeliac disease and it's very rare for me to stay anywhere offering gluten free... More

We were very pleased with our two-night stay at the Oasis Guest House in Falmouth. We were welcomed on arrival by Sue, who was friendly, helpful and cheery throughout our stay. Our room was incredibly clean and well presented with all the necessary facilities, as well as a nice view of Kimberley Park. Our bed was comfortable and a powerful... More

My daughter and I have just returned from a one night stay at The Oasis - my daughter had an interview at the nearby university. We found the welcome very friendly and the room spotless and comfortable. Sue was so accommodating and even changed us from a small double to a larger twin room, which was perfect! As we had... Situated on main road, 10 minutes easy stroll from Town Centre and Harbour front. Private off street parking. Friendly owner, spotlessly clean room, extremely comfy bed with crisp white linen. Well-cooked tasty Breakfast from a range of choices including Vegetarian and freshly grilled Kippers. Complimentary newspapers in the small sunny residents seating area, a nice touch from such a reasonably... More

We recently stayed at the Oasis guest house and would like to thank Sue and Hayley for making it such a pleasant stay. Clean tidy rooms, the most comfortable of beds and a great full english breakfast, what more can you ask for.

Very pleased, I booked last minute and was worried I may get stuck with somewhere awful! My room was only £40 and was immaculate! And I'm fussy :) The lady owner is very approachable and happy to help :) would stay again over the posh hotel I picked last time! Amazing value for money and breakfast is included

I recently visited the beautiful Cornish town of Falmouth and booked my accomodation whilst staying in very agreeable accomodation in Minehead. It was a wonderful surprise to arrive in Falmouth to find rooms that were so comfortable and so close to the venue, the Pavilion, that I had come to visit for a show. Everything was as good as you would... More

First the bad news. You must go up a fairly steep hill to get to the B&B from Penmere station. Better to take a bus from Truro or Falmouth if you are lazy or have luggage. The good news: Cooked breakfasts! The rooms get tidied up while you are out! Sue is great at giving you any information you need.... More
