In the sea of Guest Houses and Hotels, 10 minutes walk from Falmouth centre, the Chellodene Guest House is spotlessly clean. Julie & Troy work hard to offer comfortable, well maintained accomodation and Julie was accomodating enough to volunteer to offer breakfast at 8am outside their usual 8.15 - 9.00 slot. Breakfast was generous and good quality.

Our room was quite small, but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Cheerful and friendly welcome. Plenty of breakfast and very close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed for an extended weekend over Easter. Troy and Julie are incredibly welcoming and they've done the rooms up very well. They have 2 balcony rooms with beautiful sea views with plenty if space for 2 chairs and a table. The rooms are modern but homely inside with very decent size, new bathrooms; although the shower... We were worried about the 3 negative comments but we were overjoyed with all aspects of the place, the couple were exceptional as was the cleanness of every room crack and corner, would really recommend this to every one and ignore the low scorers as they can only be professional moaners

This B&B had everything you could want. The room was clean, warm and cosy. It had spare blankets and a hot water bottle in the room, should you need them. The breakfast was epic! The couple who own the place were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Just a minute's walk to the beach, and 10 minutes walk into Falmouth. I wouldn't recommend... More

We needed to stay in Falmouth for my daughter's university interview, Chellowdene fitted the bill. The accommodation was spotless and our hosts were very welcoming. Our rooms were well appointed, nicely furnished in neutral tones which was restful after a long drive. We hope to return.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Chellowdene. It is ideally placed opposite Gyllingvase Beach in Falmouth and near the town. The accommodation was excellent, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. A very nice breakfast too. The owners are lovely and we feel we have made friends. We will definitely stay again soon and would highly recommend to all. Jackie,... More

We happened to be the only guests that night and the owner gave us a very friendly and helpful welcome. Very comfortable room with a small balcony to get some fresh air in the morning! Excellent bathroom. Excellent full English breakfast provided and although dinner was not available there was a discount arrangement with an hotel restaurant just 5 minutes... More

This is an ideal base to visit other lovely destinations in the area such as St Mawes, Mylor, Truro and Mevagissey. Julie proved as helpful in person as she had when taking our phone booking. We will return!
