Stayed here for a extended weekend and couldn't fault a thing. This is a typical, quality British hotel where good old fahioned service is a priority. The room was huge, light, clean and very well appointed even though we had not purchased any form of upgrade. The food a delight from breakfast to dinner.

Many thanks for your positive review, it is great to read that we're doing things right. We are doing some more work on the hotel after Christmas and what we were doing on the stairs is all done for the moment.
