Recently stayed in one of the cottages associated with The Hotel. We had a very enjoyable holiday. Annie looked after us very well seeing we had clean towel and every thing we needed. It was good being able to use the Spa and pool facilities and had a first class beauty treatment from the lovely Iris - most enjoyable! One... More

We had a great spa day experience here on Saturday with a group of friends. We picked the Girl's Great Escape package which included a delicious lunch, full use of the spa including sauna, pool, gym and hot tub and a relaxing 30 minute treatment for the bargain price of £45 each. The lunch was held in a private function... More

Booked a standard double room- very impressed! Large and airy super clean, fluffy bath robes, very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with deep bath. Beautiful lounge area overlooking very well tended gardens with stunning sea views. Staff all friendly and room service prompt. Leisure facilities very acceptable for a hotel of this type. Full English breakfast very good served on piping... More

Found this accomodation disappointing in that apart from sleeping facilities in the hotel it is a walk across a very rough carpark to a sister hotel where reception and the resturant are located. Whilst our accomodation was clean and comfortable it was inconvenient having to walk to all other facilities.

I had a fabulous afternoon at The Falmouth Hotel. Amazing food in the restaurant and a very relaxing massage with Iris in the salon. Thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon/evening, the staff were lovely and would definitely go back!

Had the best day with friends at The Falmouth Hotel! We had a package spa day which included lunch in the restaurant, full use of the spa facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym) and a treatment. I had the neck, back and shoulder massage with Iris, who was just so lovely and friendly. She is very good at her job!... More

Returned for a 5 night stay to celebrate my partner's 81st birthday as a result of an excellent experience of this hotel last August. The room was superb, even though a touch jaded as far as the decoration is concerned. An amazing view of the bay from there and the bar and restaurant. No faulting the cleanliness .I agree with... I stayed here for two weeks with work colleagues and ate in the the restaurant most evenings. The hotel is in a great location, kept clean and tidy. Great food, no doubt about that, but the place is let down by poor service. staff lacking any sort of formal training and though friendly enough this doesn't make up for the... More

Diuring my stay the hotel was very busy (2 weddings in one weekend) which they had called and warned me about in case I wished to cancel. The staff were excellent always helpful and cheerful. The position of the hotel is an easy walk from both the town and beach with lovely views of the sea from the bar. A... More

We ran yet another successful conference thanks to the great service from Falmouth Hotel. Conference rooms ALL ideal for what we need. Food and drink supplied on the course very good and very well priced. Excellent level of support from staff including the events team lead by Sam Carr, the reception staff and the portering staff who run around after... More
