We stayed here Friday and Sautrday night. After a long drive, the bar made a welcome refuge, along with the half price cocktails and the fantastic views of the harbour. We stayed in room 206 which was alongside the lift which for my light sleeping partner, was not that ideal, but on the second night and after a few more... more

Stayed there for 3 nights on our anniversary weekend. Room was really nice and clean. Had a fantastic view over harbour - worth the price. We ate at the restaurant the first night, but it was a disappointment. Service was pretty dreadful, food was below average at best. Prices didn't reflect that though - aspires to be a good place... more

I have stayed at this Hotel on a number of occasions since the beginning of 2009, and only on reading some negative comments on here have I decided to complete a review. I stayed here on business, with colleagues and as a solo traveller at times. The reception area is modernly decorated and manned by extremely freindly and helpful staff,... more

Nice but disorganised and noisy The Greenbank Hotel was nice and in a good location. Unfortunately they seemed to be understaffed during the Easter weekend. First when we entered our room there were dirty cups and tea bags that the cleaner had missed. We had room 206 opposite the lift which was very noisy. The breakfast experience was annoying, we... more

Travelled down with my wife and two young kids and booked a family room. Very nice room, excellent views and very nice staff running the hotel. We ate at the restaurant overlooking the harbour in the evening and the food was very good. Overal we had a very nice stay at the greenbank hotel. more

My husband and I wanted to have a last trip away while being pregnant before the big day and booked the Greenbank Hotel. The hotel is set in a great location overlooking the harbour and we were very lucky with the weather during our stay and the blue sky made the view from our room very picturesque. We went to... more

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night stay. We stayed in the Sheldrake Suite (Room 101 - really!) on an amazing 2 nights for the price of 1 basis direct with the hotel. The suite was very impressive, with a separate bedroom and spacious lounge - with both a 3 and 2 seater sofa. There is... more

I have been using this hotel for the past six years or so for both business and pleasure. The accommodation for its star rating is superb and excellent value for money. Its location is probably one of the best in Falmouth. The hotel is clean, with extensive refurbishment to the rooms recently completed. The staff are friendly, respectful and polite.... more

Stayed here for 3 days with my wife on a week long holiday around Cornwall. We paid slightly more for a harbour view but it was completely worth it and probably the best reason to stay at this hotel. Literally metres from the water you overlook the most beautiful part of the harbour from our room, the restaurant or the... more

We stayed at the Greenbank for 1 night in August. There is a lot of car parking space at this hotel. We had a harbour view room with a little balcony which was lovely and the room was clean and tidy. Before dinner we went down to the bar and ordered cocktails which were really unremarkable and actually a bit... more
