To appreciate the Anacapri, you have to accept that it is a guest house, albeit a very good one. The standards of cleanliness are extremely high, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, but the beds aren't very comfortable (they're hard), and have a waterproof sheet that makes a crinkling... more

clean and comfortable. friendly owners, great resaurant. We stay here often and can not fault it. Should be a 3 star hotel. The food in the resaurant is superb and well worth a visit even if you are not staying in the hotel. The owners John and Jill and daughter Debbie are great company and can't do enough to make... more

Some of the staff were very unfriendly. Meals to be had a very overpriced for the limited selection and very bland. I would suggest a short walk into Falmouth to eat! Sea view room was cramped and overpriced. Better value would be to pay extra and stay at one of the better 'star' hotels in town. Not a experience that... more

The rooms were clean and nice sea view bathroom was a cupboard . Food was nice at the hotel but the bar was lifeless and quiet. Good for walking the coastal path as near the beach noisy at night with youngsters having drunken bbq on beach til small hours. Free parking too more

This was our second stay at the hotel, and again we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the very well equipped bathroom, and the room had a lovely view overlooking the beach. We had two evening meals in the hotel, and the food was excellent, and very nicely presented with a good choice of menu.... more
