Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights on the 3rd/4th August. We had been exploring cornwall in different hotels and this was by far the worst experience. We were on the top floor within the roof. The room was very small and extremely dated. The website says it has all been newly refurbished and I could see no... More

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the service is very friendly. There is parking onsite and it is walking distance from the pretty town centre. I would highly recommend this B&B and will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Very clean but basic 3 star , expensive in peak season. The property is a bit run down and needs some work on it. The rooms are OK but could be improved. Wifi is slow and frustrating. However the breakfast is excellent and good value. Staff are friendly and helpful when you ask for assistance. The location of the townhouse... More

This is a great place to stay, close to the quay for river trips and the town for restaurants and shops. It's in a lovely position opposite a lovely park. The hosts are very helpful and friendly - very chatty and we had a good laugh together. The rooms are very good and the breakfast was very filling and satisfying.... More

We stayed here in two superior park facing rooms this July, while on a visit to the Penryn campus of University of Exeter. Booking and checkin were excellent, but the hotel is slightly shabby and in need of some urgent upgrades. While effort has been made to keep it clean, there are many things in need of improvement, the bedrooms(facing... More

Very good reception upon arrival and shown straight to our room. The room was dated and rather small with a tiny shower room separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. The room (and hotel) needs a total makeover. Although the standard of cleaning was adequate it was not as clean as I would have liked. The one saving grace... More

We stayed here in June with our two children aged 12 and 14. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Plenty of advice on things to see and do. The bar was a great place to visit after a day of sightseeing and the breakfast kept us going for hours. The room had plenty of space and a... More

I recently stayed at Park View Townhouse for 7 nights and would certainly consider staying again! I got a good price for a king-size bed and the room I was given was absolutely superb - couldn't have asked for anything better. It was a great view at the front overlooking the park. Park View is only a 5 minute walk... More

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights as we were attending a friends wedding and were greeted by the owner who looked after us superbly, even to the extent of dropping us into town for the wedding as the taxis could not guarantee to get us there on time due to a function going on in town!! An extremely... More
