Great pub atmosphere, friendly staff and locals, good pub food. Friday night is fish night and the haddock chips and peas lived up to the recommendations. Excellent selection of beers and gins Porridge for breakfast lovely and the cooked breakfast looked fantastic. I enjoyed my smoked haddock and eggs; locally landed and smoked fish. Saturday is curry night with what... More

Stayed for 1 night in Sept 2014. Seaview Inn is tucked away in a back street in Falmouth, so parking is pot luck along the road, but the view across the estuary from our room was outstanding. Very central location for shops and restaurants, but the main thing we noticed was how incredibly peaceful it was. Room was comfy and... More

This was our second time at the seaview inn. We managed to book for three nights this time. After an 8 hour journey this place is so welcoming. We had the same room as last year which was lovely beautiful views really comfy bed and spotless. Massive choice for breakfast my husband said the best cooked breakfast all holiday. We... More

We travelled from Whitley Bay to Falmouth for a family event last weekend and stayed for 3 nights at the Seaview Inn. Cant recommend the place enough. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was excellent and the one night we eat in the bar it was also very good. The owners were very helpful and pointed us in the right... More

We stayed at the Seaview Inn for two nights. Upon arrival we had to park in a different street but it was a very short walk away. The room was a good size with en suite bathroom, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space with a fantastic view across the harbour. The breakfast was excellent, tailored to our tastes and very... More

Proper Accommodation, proper pub, proper job. Can not fault it, but be aware that the walk to the town is down steep steps or pathways. The view from the bedroom or sat outside never gets tiresome night or day. Bernard Homer

I arrived in Falmouth hoping to jump into a taxi to take me to my B&B but there are no taxis at Falmouth town station! So I took a pleasant little walk down the high street and climbed up the steps by the church and then another lot of steps which took me right to the pub. If you have... More

I can not praise this location or Michael and his team enough. I stayed for one week and in that whole time everything was faultless. The room was clean, pleasantly decorated and airy. The bed comfortable. The noise levels in the pub unobtrusive. Breakfast fresh, well cooked, flexible and tasty. The staff all friendly, skilled and nice. I ate in... More

After making a last minute decision to have a few days away, we found this gem of a pub B&B and, after reading the great reviews, were amazed that it was free for the dates we wanted. On our arrival, we were greeted by the owner Michael, who was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable with lovely... More

Five minutes from town, two if you run up the steps ! Spent two great nights here with friends. Rooms were bright, clean and well stocked with goodies. The views were lovely over the bay. Breakfast was smashing with plenty of choice and extra's. The locals were very friendly and had a laugh. Would definately stay again. Thanks.
