Stayed here for two nights and found everything very satisfactory,we slept with the window open and we're not aware of any road noise, the bathroom was fully stocked, our room also had tea and coffee making facilities plus a complimentary bottle of water, the breakfast was very enjoyable and a wide choice,I had the full English twice and could not fault it,also served... we stayed here for 1 week. It is an easy stroll to town and the beach. Spotlessly clean. Free wifi. We had a ocean view room with private bath. Both room and bathroom was an excellent size with good storage for our clothes. Brilliant breakfast with good choices and the staff were polite and available .

Great base for a weeks holiday, very close to the beach and a 10min walk to the main street in Falmouth and its attractions. Bedroom was a bit tight however that was down to the size of bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a quirky system to switch on the shower. The seagulls were... More

Do not accept room 1. VERY dark, lighting required at all time due to sycamore tree directly outside. Kept awake by crows squawking in said tree from early hours of the morning. Bathroom very pokey, vanity sink only, small shower, no heated towel rails, so as I stayed two nights, & had shower in morning, towels were still wet in... More

We stayed at the hotel in March over the mothers day weekend so the prices were a little inflamed. This hotel is located near the beaches so good location however we were there in business. Good access to town too. Room was small but bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom facilities in our room were little outdated but I would... More

We stayed at this hotel for four nights on the recommendation of friends. We were in room 1, it was very comfortable but needed the light on all the time as there is a big tree outside the window which blocks a lot of light. The ensuite is adequate but a bit on the small side. The breakfast was very... More

My partner and I needed a weekend away, so we decided to get away to Falmouth...20 minutes away from where we live. It is a stunning town and we don't often get the opportunity to stay somewhere. So I searched online and found this wonderful hotel to stay in, prices were extremely reasonable, brilliant distance from the town and the... More

We travelled down to Falmouth for a short break and it had been suggested that we stay at the Gyllyngvase H.H. We weren't disappointed. We really enjoyed our stay, our en-suite room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very smart and spotless. Our breakfast choices were excellent, freshly cooked and well presented. Plenty of tea/coffee, toast... More

Hosts were very friendly. Exceptionally clean room. Upgraded to an ensuite on arrival, thank you! It would be even better if Sue smiled once. Loved the large bottles of soap and shampoo. Wifi was shocking... dropping every 2 min. Overall great experience. Nice handy location.

A one night single room was superb value. Paul and Emma are professional and friendly hosts who clearly know their business well. Would be my first choice to stay in Falmouth again. The breakfast was of high quality served in the dining room overlooking the garden. The décor, soft furnishings and overall appearance was of high quality.
