We stayed for 5 day recently, wonderful stay.the view from restraunt superb!!and the meals. Out of this world..the chef is some chef...no complaints at all.beautifully presented and cooked.can't say enough...staff were very friendly, and helpful. Chatty but not obtrusive.. Will Defo go again. We stayed in annexe and would prefer main hotel 🏩 as getting to the wonderful pool and spa.

Our daughter is at the marine school here and we decided to splash out on this boutique spa hotel for a long weekend rather than renting a cottage. The food was excellent the deserts to die for, good selection of wines great little pool and spa beautifully bright and relaxed informal hotel but with high standards very personable which I... The staff , especially the reception were so pleasant and helpful, a real pleasure to stay there. Most staff were young and very helpful, we are not big with sports and spas but it looked lovely, we only stayed there as friends had a golden wedding party there but would recommend to anyone who likes a nice location and great... We booked a Christmas party night stay at St. Michael's for a group of 6 friends which included 3 course meal, entertainment, room, breakfast and use of spa facilities at a very reasonable rate. Unfortunately, the party night was cancelled by the hotel BUT they did everything possible to still accommodate us and give us an enjoyable stay. The rooms... More

Had a great week here, helped by brilliant weather of course. The bed was huge, lovely bedding and a south facing room with sea view most enjoyable. Very good breakfast and a fantastic view over the garden to the sea. Lovely helpful staff and the hotel has a relaxed informal ambience, good for families and friends as well as couples.... More

A most welcoming and friendly hotel. The hotel accommodation and restaurant is top notch. The staff can't do enough for you and will make your stay very relaxing and special. The Spa is gorgeous and makes for an extra special stay. We loved it and will be back at some point very soon.

Having read Tripadvisor reviews, was confident we'd have a lovely weekend away. In my opinion, this 4* hotel currently falls short of its accolades and has some work to do to achieve/maintain its status. Having just returned home, I feel I must warn other travellers of the good/bad points, obviously the location of hotel is great and the newly decorated... More

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and amazing views from the restaurant. Beds and pillows exceptionally comfortable and a great buffet style breakfast. Great value. Would be happy to go back. Gardens were really well kept too and just a short walk into Falmouth.

What a great review. We love to hear our guests are sleeping soundly and enjoying our friendly service, sea views and location by the beach. Come back soon and see our sub-tropical gardens in the summer when the flowers are in full bloom. More

I initially booked in for 3 nights before deciding to stay in Newquay for 2 nights, but at £26 per night single, dinner, bed and breakfast ( not sure why I changed my mind) , has to be the bargain stay of the year, and last. Meal alone would have cost £30-£35, but with restaurant service extremely friendly, but as... More

Excellent location with lovely landscaping and bright, cheerful public spaces that can brighten a misty Cornwall day. I like that the inside has a seaside chic decor and a bit of a nautical feel. I nearly missed the "library" with its lovely sailing photos, books and comfy leather sofas. Spa menu is fantastic and the service is friendly and helpful!... More

It sounds like you experienced a moody, misty Cornwall during your stay with us but made the most of our cosy spaces. Thanks for all your lovely comments, hopefully next time you’ll be able to stay longer and the sun will shine so you can enjoy our location right by the beach More
