What a terrible hotel or should it be a B & B, stayed here in August for 2 nights, met by a rude man who showed us to the room, it had decor from the 50s' and the carpet from the 40s'. Smallest shower room we had ever seen, the toilet leaked should I say any more dont' bother going... More

This is an old fashioned hotel in need of an update. Decoration of the public rooms is underway. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Falmouth centre. We stayed here because we couldn't find anywhere else at short ( 1 hour) notice and they allow dogs. The owner seemed a little distracted.

A three star 'hotel' which may have been more appropriately called a B&B. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfasts The location was great, , being opposite a well kept and colourful park. It was an ideal spot for seeing Falmouth; being within walking distance of the town and harbour and also close enough for trips to St. Ives, Helford Passage... More

I find this hotel absolutely ideal for my purposes. It is well positioned to access the town centre, seafront and the main road network. You are assured a friendly welcome, comfortable room backed up with a good breakfast. All of tis at a very reasonable price. I will be staying again.

Stayed here for 5 nights in August with my husband and three teenagers. Owners were lovely, waitresses for breakfast were friendly and helpful. We had the refurbished double which was really nice and the children had a room nearby which was ok. Location is excellent. I've stayed here before with my daughter and we had an older style room, but... More

The owner opened front door in a grubby teashirt so that was a bad start. All through our visit of 3 nights he gave us the impression that he would have preferred to have run the b&b (it was certainly not a hotel) without the bother of having guests staying. The room was just adequate, but certainly no one had... More

I travel the country for work and end up stopping in all kinds of places. Although however I have never felt so belittled in all my life. As I entered for check in last night,,i had just finished work. I was told I wasn't allowed my breakfast (which was in the contract I paid for) as I wasn't in the... More

We stayed here for two nights with our 13 years old boys. We had the double and twin bedroom on the 2nd floor, and since those are the only rooms on that floor, it was like having our own private floor. Very nice! The double room was reasonable sized with a good bed. The twin bedroom was a little smaller,... More

Arrived after a last minute booking, the proprietor seemed slightly put out by our arrival at 7.30pm. We booked a 'superior double' but it was just a basic room with a very tiny bathroom. The double bed was really small. The price was reasonable however considering it was Falmouth week. Before check out we got a call to our room... More
