Stayed in two rooms (booked very late so had to be squeezed in), both spacious, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was spot on and service was excellent. I'd stay again and would definitely recommend.

Excellent, because the seaview room we stayed in was just that. The proprietor is a gentleman and the staff were helpfull warm and friendly also the breakfasts were yummy. As we had a wedding to attend the proprietor made sure our room was cleaned first as we needed to get changed before mid day we would like to say a big... More

Very nice hotel with everything you need for a good holiday feeling. We got a family room and our teens loved their bunk beds. Breakfast was very good and you could choose from a lot of fresh things.Town is very near and if you like meat go and try The Ranch. We liked to walk along the beaches and if... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2015 on a whistle-stop tour of the south-west, this was to be our 'big' one whereas we were staying in smaller places before and after so had hoped this would live up to expectations. Well... it definitely did. So, sea views from bedroom and breakfast table, and also out in the garden... More

We chose The Rosemary last minute for a short break in Falmouth. Relying totally on Tripadvisor recommendation we booked with a bit of tremerity, but we should not have been worried. We were greeted by the owner Malcolm and offered a welcome coffe and delicious chocolate cake. Malcolm gave us some very useful information about Falmouth including a recommendation for... More

We had a four night stay at the Rosemary...Malcolm the owner greeted us and made us coffee and a slice of lemon cake which we ate in the lovely lounge with views of the sea. Our room was spotlessly clean with a very nice en suite...plenty of teas and coffees, filtered water and biscuits...and the usual little pots of milk... More

This is a very average, dated, over priced B&B. They also claim to be 'Dog Friendly'....this is not so. They charge £5 a day for your dog, which is fine. However, the bed in my room had a pure white duvet cover...which inevitably and accidentally got a small stain on it due to having my dog in the room. They... More

Dear Betsybooby, On your checking in, you were politely asked by us that you would not allow your dog on the furniture or the bed. Your response was positive and you agreed that this would not happen. (£5 per day is for extra cleaning caused by doggy accidents and by dog hair on carpets and floors from a dog that... More

We were here for 5 nights, and we really enjoyed it. Friendly people, tea and cake at arrival, delicious breakfast. 1min to the beach, 10min to harbour (and another 5 to the shops and pubs). Stunning seaview if you have booked so (e.g. room no 3). Free car parking in the street...

We stayed here for one night to pick my husband up from RFA Argus after 6 months away. The hotel is just lovely and the attention to detail great. The rooms and bathroom were spotless. We had a beautiful picture window over the sea. Malcolm couldn't have been a more attentive host. We will definitely come again.

Visited with my boyfriend and another couple for Easter bank holiday weekend. We all used to be students in Falmouth and wanted a base near the beach and near the high street for a relaxing return to the town. The Rosemary was just what we were after and we would all definitely stay again. Our rooms were a good price,... More
