Although staff were friendly and the breakfast good the room quality was disappointing - tired furniture, ancient linen, crumby bathroom and intermittent wi-fi.

As above, decor was dated and room a little small for price but was clean, friendly and in a great location with a good sized car park, no complaints at all!

Fisrt of all this hotel is advertised as a 4 start Hotel, in Last minute booking. com NOTHING of 4 starts about it. Noisy roomy, tiny bathroom with floaded shower Thin towels.. Could not get on internet in the room only in the hall.

Pleasant welcome, convenient, comfortable and spotlessly clean, good breakfast - a good find. Will certainly stay again when on business in the area.

Stayed here for one night, outside of the hotel looks really nice but once you enter you see the old fashioned decor. There is no lift so im glad i had a light back as i was on the top floor. The people were nice but I didn't enjoy my stay. I think in future I won't stay at anything that calls itself a 'hotel' rather than a 'B&B'.

I really wish I'd read these reviews before staying that Park Grove. I agree with pretty much everyone has said. The staff were warm and very helpful, but the standard of the hotel and its facilities did not meet my expectation given the price for the room and what I had seen on the hotel's website.
