I have never been to a hotel which fails so badly to live up to expectations. This can only be a 4 star hotel due to the golf course and spa as everything else is distinctly average. This is great Hotel in a fantastic setting. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is great though the menu tends to be somewhat repetative over 2/3 days. I stayed here as a single traveller. I did book a single room but I hadnt expected a single bed, although they did upgrade me to a superior room.
