We spent a week in April in the Below Stairs apartment and had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is spotless, very well equipped -- even to a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom is just right, with comfortable bed and a roomy ensuite. The half-bath at the entrance makes it easy to come in and out from the... More

We spent a week in Falmouth wanting to explore the local surrounds. The Wellington House offered excellent accommodation. It was ideally situated for town, harbour or beach. Our room was very clean and comfortable and commanded a lovely view of the harbour. Breakfasts were fantastic and the proprietors did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The stay offered exceptional value... More

We spent 3 nights at the Wellington, and it was fantastic. It's such a beautiful guesthouse with plenty of character, and 2 owners who are simply wonderful and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable and had all amenities you would expect. Wellington has a driveway for car parking, although the road opposite is free too. Breakfast was very tasty... More

Spent 3 nights in the below stairs apartment. The place is spotlessly clean, and well decorated, The shower room, which looks brand new, is very spacious and positively sparkling ! The kitchen has everything you would need, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer, microwave, etc etc. There are nice (and not expected) little extras like tea, coffee, biscuits, cereals... We decided to spend a "getaway from it all" weekend in Falmouth, and stayed for 2 nights in the below stairs apartment at Wellington House. The location is ideal as only 10 minutes walk from the towns shops and restaurants and there is ample parking at the property so we were able to leave our car there for the whole... More

We stayed a couple of nights here to attend a family wedding and reception being held nearby. Despite arriving early, we were met by Rosemary, Bruce, and the beautiful Cassey who greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Our twin room with modern en-suite bathroom, was immaculately clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped with all... More

We spent a couple of nights here while touring Cornwall after Christmas. Despite arriving on Boxing Day, we were immediately made to feel welcome and it was apparent that our hosts were keen to look after us. The room was clean and warm, with all the facilities you would expect. The bed had a memory foam mattress, which meant we... More

The location is excellent being 5 mins from the town on one side with shops, bars and an excellent pub with food and 5 mins from the beach on the other side. We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful B&B. It is well located within a short walk to the town where we had access to a large number of restaurants and of course, to see this historic working harbour town. The welcome was warm and friendly. The advice given by Rosemary and Bruce to help make the best of our too... More
