If your in Falmouth do not hesitate, book in here for a warm welcome and a very peaceful nights sleep in a cozy surrounding and a comfortable bed. My Friend and I decided to do a last minute trip down to Lands End. It being the height of summer finding a hotel was almost impossible and Falmouth was the nearest... More

As I pulled up to Eden Lodge I was amazed at how nice the building was and with plenty of parking I knew this would be a trip to remember. After a long drive when meeting Lynn and Ziggy they made me feel at home from the second I stepped through the door. They were such lovely people and could... More

We arrived at Eden Lodge to be great by Lynn (one of the owners) who seemed very friendly, she apologised and told us that the boy who was in our room was ill and needed to stay there until the next day when... The minute we walked in we knew we were going to be disappointed as the place was very old-fashioned and shabby. The owner was very eccentric which i didnt mind and very bubbly but when we were shown to our room we were shocked as we were being charged £90 !! The bed was ok but the bedding was mis-matched,... The hotel is very dated and unkept throughout! Our room had the a boiler in it and every time someone turned a tap or went to the toilet the noise of an industrial Hoover could be heard!! The owners need a lesson in customer service! Members of our party were rudley Challenged as to why they didn't eat their breakfast!... More

Room was disgusting and breakfast left a great deal to be desired! When I was unable to eat the very poor quality breakfast I was challenged in front of other guests by the owner and told that I was very rude not to have eaten it !! She then refused to cook breakfast for my other four friends and we... More

Lynn is a fantastic hostess, very friendly and so sweet, the b&b is only minutes walk from the beach and more important very clean. She made us feel like we were at home and definitely we will stay again.

Just recently stayed at the Eden Lodge and is a great place to stay. Warm welcome from the owner, lovely clean and tidy room and in a great location within walking distance to the beach and shops. Had a excellent meal in Rick Steins restaurant and we had a great traditional breakfast in the morning at the Eden Lodge. Great... More
