I have to agree with the other comments about receiving a cold welcome. That was then followed up by being advised there was no trace of our booking ! Excellent little hotel about 5 minute walk from train station and 15 minute walk from centre. Clean and tidy, one of the best breakfast ive had for the price. Myself and my partner and sister and her partner stayed at the Glann hotel/B&B for one night. We checked in without any problems whatsoever and literally dumped our bags then went out to meet our parents for drinks and dinner and then arrived back there quite late and got up the next day for a great breakfast with good service.... more
