From check-in to departure you're treated like a valued customer - really friendly and helpful staff. My wife and I have just returned from a 2 night break and agreed the bedroom was excellent (room 2), with adequate en suite facilities, large double bed, fridge and kettle with ample coffee/tea/chocolate and scrumptious biscuits. Flat screen tv with all FreeView channels.... More

Booked this lodge off the internet for two couples. We found the lodge and parked in the car park. Plenty of car parking spaces but didn't look very inviting from the rear. We found our way into reception via the bar and was pleasantly surprised. The lady on reception was very friendly and after we had checked in - she... More

Stayed for one night. staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. If we stayed again we would ask for room overlooking car park as it was a bit noisy on the front.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Bawn Lodge is a hotel with a lively bar and good food. It gets very busy at weekends. The bedrooms are fantastic with a very good en-suite. Breakfast is very nice with cereals and fruit and fruit juices included. It's just a 10 minute walk from Chester City centre.

Booked for 2nights guys racing break. Couldn't fault . Nice rooms , freindly staff and good breakfast. Lovely bar area with beer garden. Ideal location . Very reasonably priced , second time staying there wouldn't hesitate to return.

Hi Chris, I'm sorry you feel you had need to leave a negative comment about us. As the manager of Bawn Lodge I can assure you we brush and clean our patio daily and empty any ashtrays before we open our doors so I can only assume you arrived before opening hours? Did you stay to have a coffee in... More

Spent one night here enroute to Scotland. Had a triple room on the ground floor, near front. Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Had supper in the lounge and breakfast in morning. Both delicious. A great find.

Stopped for 2 nights mid week. The room was very clean with fridge, tea/coffee and hairdryer. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even reserved our evening table on a busy, steak deal night which came with a free drink. Breakfast was of a high standard. Although on a busy road, all went quiet after 11 pm. Room was not over...
