This was our second visit after an appalling stay last time. This time was much better. as before the staff were great and extremely helpful. We had what was called a 'Suite'. A bit if an exaggeration as it was a room with a bathroom attached, like every other hotel room really, just a bit bigger. The room was comfortable... More

I hate to give a poor review but my family stayed here over 5 years back and it was brilliant! However as we stayed again off the back on the previous visit we were disappointed. The hotel needs a good few days maintenance and clean. The reception area is not too bad but the rooms were badly botched painted from... More

Me and my boyfriend decided to stay in Chester for a couple of nights and came across Days Hotel North. We found the price reasonable and decided to book it. First impressions as we walked in were good. Nicely decorated, tidy and was welcomed by a kind female receptionist. We got given our key card and made our way to... More

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions and found it satisfactory. The rooms were reasonably pleasant and the restaurant décor and food good. However my last visit, with my grandchildren, was a nightmare! 2 adults and 2 children squeezed into a standard double room with a sofa bed was extremely cramped. The sofa bed was a health... More

Stayed for 4 nights over the August bank holiday. The room was very clean and comfortable with pretty much all you would need (more wardrobe space would have been nice). There was quite a lot of noise at night, caused by doors that would bang no matter how hard you tried not to let them. The only real negative is... More

I recently stopped at this hotel it looks very run down from the outside. Window frames very worn and need painting it looks very tatty. However, bedrooms are better modern and clean was surprised by them when I arrived. Breakfast was a slight let down not much choice with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs and two types of tomatoes and other... More

Rooms clean and tidy, and comfy bed and pillows but noise on all four sides. Banging doors in corridor, noisy road outside window. No net curtains. Hear the guys in rooms either side. Like camping but without a tent. Needs a little TLC

From the outside the Days Inn Chester North looks very tired, in need of a lick of paint and just generally run down, however, it has to be said their function room inside is lovely. We recently had a party for family and friends in the Imperial Suite and had a great time. The service you receive from Kaylee and... More

Stayed a Wednesday and Thursday night whilst visiting the Open Golf at Hoylake Liverpool. Pleasant check in, however room very small ( not like pictures on website) bathroom OK. Hotel appears to be in the middle of no-where, and a busy road about 10 metres away made it impossible for us to sleep, incidentally no air conditioning either. Coffee, tea... More

We ordered a family room, 2 adults, 2 children. We were presented with a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was like laying on a log pile and there was an array of metal fixings sticking out which unfortunately my 3 year old caught his head and his hip on. The phone wasn't even connected, and the... More
