Unfort unate start, booked disable accessable room wasn't on computer despite checked when booked by 'phone. Disabled room needed work, drawer fell out (could have been dangerous for wheelchair user), toilet seat fell off when lifted then toilet leaked! Immediate replacement was made available before any unpacking. This room much better, not disabled friendly but access was what we needed.... more
