This is a wonderful B&B, with a spacious car park, in well maintained grounds. We were checked in by Jessica- she was lovely- very friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was outside in the courtyard- it was lovely and clean- spotless. The toiletries were good quality ie 'Dove', the towels were fluffy and there was lots of hot water. The... More

A welcoming, comfortable establishment, only a bus ride away from the city centre, with ample parking, free wifi and an excellent breakfast. This will be my first choice if I ever visit Chester again. I can't understand, though, why the RAC only chose to give it two stars; This is information that can safely be ignored.

Within walking distance of the centre of Chester, a warm and welcoming hotel with free parking. Room was in the Courtyard and my Hearing Dog was made to feel welcome. Breakfasts cooked to order and served in the heated conservatory, just perfect, with as much coffee/tea as you could want. Room comfortable, warm, water very hot and had a perfect... More

For a budget hotel this is perfectly located for an easy walk into Chester City. 15 - 20 minutes direct to the centre. Ample free parking, comfortable room with if anything an over zealous heating system and plenty of hot water. A good breakfast with a good choice. Highly recommended and we would certainly use again.

We spent 4 nights in this delightful and well furnished hotel. Very tasty breakfasts. Two cosy sitting rooms downstairs, one with TV. We ate in a light, airy conservatory style breakfast room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I had a couple of mini crises, which I sorted eventually. The 'double bedroom,' - room 5, whilst well furnished,... More

Really nice and calm hotel in a great location, within walking distance of Chester City Centre. Ample car parking. Comfortable rooms. Fresh and tasty breakfast. We only spent two nights here but were very impressed with the overall package. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay again at Chester court, had a room in the courtyard which although small was good enough for us two......the water system noise at 02:00 was a little bit of a shock but for the price not too onerous......the room was clean and warm and above all hotel walking distance to centre so absolutely ideal......staff were fantastic and extremely... My friend and I stayed at this hotel last night. Very easy to find, plenty of parking, welcoming reception, very pleasant sitting room, and a hearty breakfast. Our twin bedded room was Room 15 ... lots, and lots of stairs, infact, at eye level we could see the chimney. Compact, clean, nicely and freshly decorated ... but not ideal if... More

Having read in previous reviews that it was advisable to phone and check which room you had, I did exactly that 5 days prior to my visit. On phoning I was told I had room 20 in the Courtyard, which sounded fine to me. However when we arrived I found that we had been allocated room 15 in the attic!!!... More
