We stayed 1 night in the hotel, it was lovely and warm, we had a lovely welcome by the receptionist who was very helpful. Anything we asked for was no trouble (even food at 2am) was no bother, amd everything was done with a smile. Would definately go again. More

Easy to book, and thanks to previous reviews on here, we booked a room at the rear of the Hotel, to avoid the street noise, mainly emanating from the Red Door nightclub (more of this place later). The hotel is situated in the centre of Chester and the rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent.The staff are all attentive and willing to help.This is a very good choice for your stay in Chester.The front rooms can get a little noise fro the city at nights-so be aware of this.Certainly not a reason to avoid this quality...
