Room was well appointed and clean. The bed was poor however.I can usually sleep on a clothes line apparently, not here it was a constant roll to the middle.Pillows where very... More

I suggest that bottled water in the room could be complimentary and not £4.50 per bottle. Bar prices were very inconsistent, a cup of tea cost more than a beer. The bar service was poor, reluctant as he was watching Match of the day

Super location, impressive hotel and the place is clean and tidy and well presented. Great staff at the bar who made us feel very welcome on both nights of our stay. It is a shame about the nightclub in the basement, we were on the 1st floor and we're kept awake until 4am with loud music. In fairness the reception... More

We dined as a tour group... With 20£/px or 40£/room. My husband ordered their 18£ shrimp with rice! I ordered the burger at 11.something£. We ordered a coke which we later learned was not included in the 40£ allowance. So I paid the 3.15£ in cash to the waiter that night. Next morning, I was being detained for non-payment of... More

I booked a night in chester for a relaxing break away, I chose the McDonald Blossom as it looked good and had great reviews. When we arrived at the hotel it looked great, staff were really helpful and the room was nice but could do with a little makeover but nothing major. However when I went to bed at 10pm... More

This hotel is attached to a nightclub that shuts at 4am. The music is very loud so it is impossible to sleep. After a dreadful night's sleep, we were served a terrible breakfast. Pick somewhere else!!

Well located, comfortable, clean with excellent service and attention to detail. The hotel is beautiful but the staff were exceptional. Every member of staff greeted us as the went about their business . The reception staff were professional, polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble (thank you Jennifer).
