We were lucky enough to have a night in this fantastic hotel whilst being guests at Chester Races. We did not have time to take advantage of everything this hotel has to offer but will definitely stay there again for a special occasion

We have stayed here several times and always found it clean, luxurious and a pleasant treat! Food is the stand out of the hotel closely followed by the spa. We really enjoyed our stay in a suite here. It is a very elegant hotel, with excellent customer service and very high standards. This is our hotel of choice in Chester. Also the Simon Radley is excellent just be sure to book a table in advance - like up to a month in advance.

We stayed at this hotel overnight in one of the suite rooms and it was an excellent experience from check-in, conceirge, room service, up until check-out. The beds were one of the best. The best hotel in the north!
