This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and enjoyed our stay again. The family rooms are good value when you take advantage of their promotions. THe double beds are small so don't expect to spread out,the heating is controlled by the hotel so you can only turn it on when it is working normally afte 5pm.... more

Had a re-union weekend ( well Sun and Mon). Cannot fault the excellent service both in the clubhouse and the hotel. Nick, the Clubhouse manager and Lance the Restaurant manager looked after us superbly.(Also John and Julie). Might have to take my wife for a relaxing weekend before Xmas.. more

We attended a charity ball at the hotel. The Golf on the cheshire was good and all the facilities fine, the meal for 280 was exceptional given the numbers. The only gripe I would have that given the number in our party and the fact that there was a wedding on there was just not enough staff to serve everyone... more

Not what I expected at all. We booked a suite & although the room was very nice, it wasn't in the hotel...it was part of a village type complex of two sorey buildings at the rear of the hotel.
