Stayed here with some friends for the races and Helen and the team were just brilliant from the moment i made an enquiry to the moment i left. Sorted out the rooms for our odd numbers and was always prompt to all our changes. Location was ideal and just a brief walk to town

This beautiful little guest house is on the way in to Chester from the motorway. The car park is a little small, so manoeuvring my car in then out from between two other cars took a while. Lovely new room with King Size bed. Very comfy. Excellent breakfast and friendly people. Well located for walking access to Chester and to the restaurants and shops in Hoole. Try the Indian there...numerous awards for good reason. Loved our stay.

Hotel was warm and clean and nicely decorated, the shower was powerful and hot.The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even had a folder with menus in from all the restaurants in town and they booked us a table and taxi to take us there. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Well situated, the walk into town was only about 15 mins. Great cooked breakfast and good amount of choice.
