Treasa and Les have created an epitome of a bed and breakfast. There is not a suggestion to offer to make anything better. We have traveled all over the world and often stay in bed and breakfast lodgings/inns/guest house establishments...this is the best ever, by far. The rooms are so perfectly cleaned that I did not do my usual clean-the-room-upon-entry...happily... More

We have just spent 2 nights at Killiney House and it was just fantastic from the warm welcome from Treasa and Les to the comfortable spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Thoughtful, little extras were a lovely surprise. Can't wait to visit again! More

My wife and I spent four nights here and although we have never written a review on this site before, we felt compelled to share our experiences with fellow travellers. From the delicious afternoon tea on our arrival to the handmade chocolates, we were thoroughly spoilt throughout our stay. Incredible attention to detail made us feel really special and nothing... Outstanding. We stayed at Killiney House for four nights in September 2010 while walking the Fen Rivers Way (or some of it, given the weather). Treasa and Les Coutts source the best ingredients and prepare them impeccably. The rooms are tasteful, spotless, comfortable and quiet. On arrival we were greeted with tea and cakes. But above and beyond all this,... More

Due to business, I needed to stay in Newmarket, but due to horse sales, all the hotels in the area had put their prices up to extortionate rates. After looking on the internet and talking to a work friend, I found Treasa's and Les's home in Littleport. What a wonderful place it was. It was akin to visiting your aunties... More

Treasa and Les made us feel very welcome. They were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our bedroom was nice and spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed so comfortable. A good size toilet/bathroom, again spotlessly clean. Lovely furnishings. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. Thank you Treasa and Les! More

As the tittle says. By far the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The most lovely room. Cleaner than you would think is possible and a breakfast that would put most 5 star hotels to shame. What more could you want from a bed and breakfast! Well nothing but we were given afternoon tea with three choices of cake... More

We can only say the same as with many of the reviews of Killiney House - one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in. A spacious room, friendly and helpful hosts, great breakfast, a beautiful labrador and ridiculously cheap. More

You'll get a wonderful welcome, in a charming & elegant house. Treasa & Les will do their utmost to ensure that your stay will be as comfortable & enjoyable as they could possibly make it. The rooms are spacious, warm & inviting, furnished with style & have many extras provided. The breakfasts are simply superb - whatever your preference, Treasa... More

Just arrived back from the Killiney House. I don't think there is much more to say than what has already been said really. The bedroom was spotless with a large en-suite. Breakfast was a total delight with a good healthy mix of fresh fruit with cereals and the cooked breakfast was superb. Treasa enjoys to have a chat with her... More
