Due to business, I needed to stay in Newmarket, but due to horse sales, all the hotels in the area had put their prices up to extortionate rates. Treasa and Les made us feel very welcome. They were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our bedroom was nice and spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed so comfortable. A good size toilet/bathroom, again spotlessly clean. Lovely furnishings. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. Thank you Treasa and Les! More

As the tittle says. By far the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The most lovely room. Cleaner than you would think is possible and a breakfast that would put most 5 star hotels to shame. Just arrived back from the Killiney House. I don't think there is much more to say than what has already been said really. The bedroom was spotless with a large en-suite.
