Whilst the B&B is clean, tidy, modern with very good food, I could not help but feel let down. Firstly, the shower was actually in the bedroom - only a glass door separating the shower from the rest of the room -towels were kept in a separate small toilet room. I stayed here for one night using the self checkin which was simple to use . My room was comfortable , spotless and gave every attention to detail with an excellent booklet with information about Iceni house and its facilities.
