Nice and clean. Good central location. And there's leisure complex including plenty of places to dine ( i.e. Nandos, frankies and bennys , chiquito, bella italia etc) cinema and bowling as well. There parking in front of the hotel as well but you need to pay for it. There's a Tesco metro as well if you don't fancy wasting money... More

So I just checked into the Cambridge Central Travelodge for the weekends for an event. Friendly staff service, well mannered and always willing to help. The room is clean and tidy and well laid out however, as I was about to sleep the bed felt really cold. The double bed is soaking wet and soaking into the cover and sheets... More

Nothing to get excited about! Just good basic accommodation in a generally expensive city. Fine if you don't expect to spend significant time in the hotel. Room only had one easy chair (and bed was somewhat high for sitting on..

Stopped at this hotel for the bank holiday parking at the hotel is pretty limited and although the is another car park it charges £24 for over 5 hours. But the staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and have a comfy bed too (but no hair dryer) It's with easy walking to the city and... More

Stayed here for one night on the 15th August. Only a ten minute walk from railway station. There's a nice wee pub en route that serves really good food. We were going to Newmarket races so this was ideal as the shuttle bus for Newmarket leaves from the railway station. The travelodge was immaculate. Brilliant staff. It sits next to... More

This Travelodge offers what you expect from Travelodge. A bare room with excellent beds and everything was very clean. The personnel at the reception was very friendly. I never like it when there are showering curtains instead of a "glass" wall for the bath. Curtains tend to get dirty looking after some time, even if they are cleaned well. What... More

For a one night stay in Travelodge Cambridge at £91, you get what you pay for. The Travelodge is conveniently located just a 10 min walk from Cambridge Railway station and very close to restaurants, a cinema and bowling. We arrived at 2pm and just wanted to chance to see if we could check in a little early (as check-in... More

The Travelodge at Cambridge is clean and well presented, with a good sized room - everything you need for a nights stay....no frills but none expected. The hotel is located close to the station, but a fair 20min walk from the city centre. Minor issues i had with the WiFi were immediately sorted by a call to the IT Helpline... More

Stayed at Travelodge central Cambridge, clean & tidy ok for a couple but not very comfortable for children. Breakfast was good quality but badly organised & the toaster was broken for our 2 night stay. Staff were polite & friendly except one. We usually stay in premier inn but couldn't find a room, wont return to Travelodge unless nothing else... More

A lovely modern style Travelodge, very friendly staff (even the carpet fitter was very nice). Good central location, approx 1.5 miles from the city centre, but a pleasant flat walk, if feeling energetic. Sainsbury's local underneath the hotel for everyday essentials, and a fantastic local pub nearby, also serving breakfast from 7.30am. Travelodge breakfast was also good, but you would... More
