I regret staying at this hotel and should have booked a hotel right in the centre. I wanted peace and quiet but still within walking distance of the city centre. The distance is walkable (about 25mins) but peace and quiet were totally lacking. The hotel itself was an old university building and the wings that house most of the rooms... more

Fantastic stay - our bedroom was modern and sophisticated with a very luxurious bed. Evening meal and breakfast was very good. more

I am taking the time to write this review whilst in my wonderful room at the Hotel Felix. I am doing so lest any other potential guests are put from staying here by a recent negative and clearly unworthy review. Ignore it! I am well travelled and used to good hotels 4* plus worldwide. Last weekend we were at the... more

Booked on the special deal to eat in Graffiti, spend £125 on the meal and stay for free. Added breakfast in the room (including their delicious home made muesli) and it made for the most fantastic value you could want. Had a great meal - as always - in Graffiti. Even the pre-starter bread is worth the visit! It was... more

A pretentious hotel. The owners had obviously tried to create a stunning 4 star hotel but they also saved money on detail, food, etc turning it into a 2 to 3 star hotel only. Looked and felt like a boarding house. The dinning room had paintings of MASSIVE spiders! Not a pleasant sight... We stayed here for two nights. Perfectly... more

I enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel Felix. I stayed in an upgraded room, which was excellent. (huge comfy bed) room was large as was the bathroom. Hotel was very clean and service excellent. Hotel was easy to get to, 5 mins drive from Cambridge centre. Hotel was off the main road in its own grounds, so was... more

Was here for a business dinner, and whilst the dinner itself was really good, the room we were in seemed to lack from any air con. Climate control seemed to be an issue in the bedroom too, but aside from that the rooms were nice, with a nice big king size bed and modern contemporary design. Cambridge is expensive for... more

This hotel looked amazing and would be great a nights sleep but little else. arrived late evening so to be honest, bed was all we needed . once signing in, dragged ours bag up stairs only to discover no lift. once in the room we were faced with what can only be described as a giant sized bed, which my... more

We booked into this hotel for a night getaway from London, and ended up staying an extra night! The hotel is stylish, clean, service excellent, and food in the restaurant amazing. You get big fluffy white bathrobes to curl up in, and the bed linens are silky soft. The location is a little out of city centre and the hotel... more

My adult daughter and I stayed here recently for a wedding. We were disappointed that the hotel is not in central Cambridge and in fact is just outside the city limits. In two long walks to clear out the jet-lag we found nothing but houses and playing-fields - no shops or places of interest. We needed internet access but were... more
