If you visit Cambridge and you don't stay at El Shaddai you are truly missing out. Pauline is so nice and caring and can answer any questions you have. She gave me excellent ideas of things to do while staying in Cambridge. The breakfast is so tasty. I will definitely miss her homemade bread. The beds are comfortable and everything... more

Most comfortable beds of any place I've stayed in years of traveling, and the location (heart of Cambridge) is amazing. Pauline and Alf are wonderful hosts. more

This has got to be the best value for a B+B in Cambridge. It is right in the centre, has everything you'd expect in a B+B plus internet, and, if you stay for longer than a weekend, the rates are fantastic. Besides, the hosts are lovely people: warm, welcoming and very helpful. And the bread is homemade -- an unexpected... more

Welcoming and friendly. We found this a great location, very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy and the room was very comfortable. Good breakfast to start the day. more

I stayed here for an overnight in December. The room was clean, large, and the staff/owners very friendly. Best of all it was at the budget end of the market (£35 a night) so I felt like I lucked out all ways. more
