Stayed there for two nights. Good location, nice sized room, clean and comfortable. Facilities are rather limited and breakfast is a basic version of continental. That being said, if you simply need a decent place to put your head down then this hotel is worth considering. Overall, good value and we would revisit.

Lovely small hotel in centre of Cambridge, walking distance to everything. Nice basic continental breakfast, would be nice to have option of hot food. Rooms are big on the third floor, bed isn't very big, both mine and my husbands feet were sticking out the end and I'm 5'7" Pillows are huge, hard and uncomfortable... Not the best sleep. Beautiful,... More

Great place to stop. Close to everything. Our room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning. I appreciate that they have a fridge in the room with filtered water and fresh milk for your morning tea or coffee. This hotel had the best mattress and pillows of the seven hotels I stayed in on this trip.I loved the Corby... More

We booked a single night after a concert at The Corn Exchange. The Hotel is very modern with great decor and spotlessly clean. The room was very well appointed and looked out onto the park. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and the staff very friendly.

We booked a single night at the very last minute as we didn't fancy driving home after a show at the Corn Exchange. So glad we did. What a great little hotel. The decor is fantastic, and right up our street (but maybe not everyone's). Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is superb, being... More

This hotel is very centrally located, only about ten minutes walk from the station. We stopped on the top floor in an executive room which has French windows and a balcony looking out over Parker's Piece. Their are only two rooms on this floor and they are separated by the stair well, so noise isn't a problem. The room was... More

The Regent hotel is in an elegant sandstone Georgian house on, er, Regent Street so it is well located for exploring Cambridge and for eating. The staff are friendly and unassuming. The decor is modest. My room, 202, was fine but perhaps a room such as 203 overlooking Parker's Piece would be quieter. The bar and breakfast area also overlook... More

We had a lovely two night stay at the Regent in Cambridge. The standard room was quite nice, but the second night we moved into a superior room and it was even better. Both overlooked the Green behind the hotel and were away from any traffic in the street. The breakfast room also overlooked the Green. Breakfast was outstanding in... More

Rooms- clean, standard British size. Nice toiletries. Modern. Suggest upper floors (3 floors) to avoid noise by park. We had people chatting after 10 pm near our first floor window. Location- city centre. Excellent. Many restaurants to choose from. Staff- friendly. Breakfast- free continental. Basic, nothing fancy Good value hotel.

Very central and perfectly located to access all the Cambridge central tourist sights, restaurants, river, colleges etc. No car parking in or very close to the hotel. The nearest car park being 10 minutes brisk walk away...not too bad if like me you only have an overnight case. Not so good if you had 2 x 25kgs cases in the... More
