Excellent Location in the heart of Cambridge, Lovely bright decor in the hotel. Rooms are great value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was more like a full English breakfast without the cooked part, with so much choice. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I love staying here. Breakfast is very nice and a large buffet. The space is bright and open and very modern. I would absolutely recommend to colleagues to stay. Restaurants are directly outside the hotel, about a 10 min walk to the universities.

Not the fanciest but more than adequate. Room 105 good size. If you are dropping your child off or visiting them at school it is very reasonable for the amenities. Parking is tough though ( as it is throughout Cambridge). We will keep coming back.

We stayed here having booked seats to see John Bishop at the Corn a Exchange. What a pleasant surprise. it felt small enough to be a boutique hotel. Because Cambridge is such a bicycle centric city car parking is a bit of a pain but we found a cheap side street location 150 yards away. The walk into the city... More

An extremely convenient hotel located in the heart of Cambridge. We had a lovely big room and a well appointed bathroom. Clean, efficient and friendly. A good continental breakfast is on offer to start off your day. Parking, like everywhere in Cambridge is a challenge, but a public car park 5 minutes walk from the hotel solves the problem. Will... Stayed at the Regent Hotel for one night last weekend, whilst attending a celebration at one of the colleges. Checkin was easy and we were directed to a local car park to park our car. Which was easy to find. Cost £16 for parking from mid afternoon Saturday till Sunday morning. Our room appeared newly decorated and had a lovely... More

Great location on the edge of the town centre, easy walking to the bars, restaurants and shops. It's clean and well presented, and good views from the rooms into the park. Two big downsides for us. One, the beds - it was like sleeping on the floor, they were so hard. Second one was the breakfast - a few cheap... More

We booked a large room, facing the green field and trees of Parkers Piece. The room was indeed large and comfortable, furnished with very good beds, nice easy chairs and a sofa. The extra large flatscreen television was of exceptional quality. The breakfast was standard but served in a bright cheery room with views of the green. The service at... More

Sadly only stayed one night here between visiting relatives. Booked on-line and no problem with reservation being there when I arrived. Very nicely refurbished Georgian style building. Reception efficient and helpful and room was reasonably spacious, very nicely decorated/equipped. The bathroom was more than adequate and very clean. No dining room as such but a good choice of eateries on... More

This is my first review on Tripadvisor and it all came about because of the excellent service from the Regent Hotel AFTER we left. We stayed there for the Cambridge Folk Festival, so first a few quick things about the actual stay. Room - We had an executive room - clean, big, comfortable and nicely situated with a view of...
