Spent a couple of days in Cambridge. It is close to the train station. and within walking distans to central Cambridge. They served an excellent English breakfast and we also had lunch there on the first day. The real ale was in good condition.

Stayed here for a night out in Cambridge. The pub is located close to the leisure park so is ideal for for cinema, bowling, music and restaurants. The room was quite comfortable but unfortunately there is substantial building work going on around the pub site and it can be quite noisy and busy. Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare... More

This combo hotel/pub seemed chancy when i reserved it for two days, but my family and I were more than satisfied with our stay there. Despite the pub in front and parking lot to the side, our room was very quiet both nights. The beds were really comfy, although not fancy, the bathroom and shower very well equipped, and the... More

I have to be honest. When researching hotels in Cambridge, I found the choice meeting my criteria to be very limited. The Earl of Derby, I'm afraid, represented a compromise and I didn't have high expectations. The reality was that I couldn't have chosen better. The place served my needs perfectly; close to the station, clean & comfortable rooms, and... More

We have just had a lovely 2 night stay at the Earl of Derby. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food, drinks and service were all very good. We stayed in the newer, extension building to the rear of the building and the room as very clean, quiet and well equipped while... More

We stayed here for one night to go to a gig in Cambridge. It is very close to the train station and a walkable distance to anywhere you would want to go. The staff were nice and helpful, they held on to our bag for us before check in and after check out. The room was just what we needed,... More

We stayed here B&B one night last weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast very nice (full English in our case). The room was nice enough, well equipped (including free wifi) and clean. Our only issue is that we were unfortunate enough to get a room overlooking the main road, and it was quite noisy. Had... Good stay, and a 15 min walk into the centre. Only downside was that the room overlooked the main road and traffic could be heard throughout the night. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean.
