This is not a hotel, so don't book here and expect things like 24 hour reception, gym, room service, shampoo and toiletries etc... Check-in was easy, you just need to phone them a bit in advance (they recommend 30 minutes) and somebody will be there to let you in and show you around. what a pleasant surprise this establishment offered! i am used to all kinds of accommodation from my travels, and particularely for a compact and crowded place like cambridge my expectations were rather modest. after this stay i really don't know why anybody would book a tiny average hotel room in cambridge when one can have a place like this instead....
