A very bad manager (short blonde woman with black eyes and a snake's tongue), dirty bed sheets, disgusting food at their restaurant. The door handle felt off while trying to lock the room, there were bugs and much more. Oh, I will never go to that place again, ever ever again!

Ate here with a friend and my partner, regretted it immensely. Food was McDonalds quality at hiked prices. Wine has bits floating in it, and when brought to the attention of staff was blamed on us. Both members of staff we were unfortunate enough to deal with were surly, one refused to speak to me and instead just pointed at... More

This is not a decent place. It pretends to sell Mövenpick ice-cream in the shop-window, charges as if it were, but it sells a completely different and inferior product. Nestle, who owns this ice-cream company, has already been informed of this fraud. This is a serious matter and it should make everyone suspicious of everything else that this establishment offers.... My family went here for a Groupon offer, on arrival at a suspiciously empty city centre venue we found that all draught beers (bar one) had run out. When we came to order our steak meal we were told that there were only two steaks left (apparentley the pub had been really busy earlier), we asked for an alternative meal... More

If you are looking for a place to crash after a big night out in Cambridge, The Castle could be right up your street as the location is central... but that is about all that it has going for it. For anyone considering to stay there, here is what you need to know: - Their booking system is not very... More

Easily the worst B&B I have ever stayed in. Stay well clear of this festering turd of an establishment! On arrival the manageress asked for cash up front which immediately started alarm bells ringing. We asked for a printed receipt because it was odd that this had been booked via booking.com and had taken our card details but we were... More

Amazing location right in town but very costly! The rooms are small and very inconvenient if you have luggage or need disability access (many stairs). The breakfast is a rip off - toast ham and cheese (not good if you are gluten free). Checkin and check out was efficient. No tv in the rooms and our kettle didnt work. Small... More

Firstly, beware an establishment which on check-in demands you pay for your stay immediately in cash up-front - even though they have your credit card details from the internet booking. This is what happened to me this week. When I questioned this and said I had no way of getting my hands on £340 cash at 10pm, the staff member... More

Rooms are on 2 levels, 1st floor is next to the toilets for customers of the bar, this is a lively very noisy bar that seems to be almost empty in daytime but then fills up late in the evening after the volume is cranked high after 9pm, i had a room on 2nd floor and even there the volume... More

We had spent a long time organising a work reunion with people flying in from Australia, Middle East, USA and Europe for the event. We booked well in advance of our weekend (which is not till July). A month or so after booking we all received emails saying that there had been a problem with their booking system and they... More
