I only had one night here, but thoroughly enjoyed it. My room was lovely, large bed, contemporary styling, spotlessly clean. Free wifi throughout the hotel and plenty of parking. Bar area was nice and all the staff were friendly. A nice range of beers too. The food was wonderful and it was one of the nicest Indian meals I have... More

After arriving we were plesantly surprised at the pub/restaurant. Firstly impressions.. good. Showed to our rooms by sheila who was lovely. Seemed to work a lot but loved her job. Yes the rooms were 'aged' but to be honest we didn't spend that much to stay there, you get what you pay for. They were clean, fresh towels daily, beds... More

This is a good looking hotel and restaurant ,once inside the atmosphere is cosy with nice décor and comfortable seating . Although the menu is limited the food is delicious and well presented . The staff are friendly , smart and helpful . It was so nice my wife insisted we went back 2 days after our original visit .

Perfect place to spend a night or two. Surrounded by a bunch of friendly staff who are handled by a responsible manager, it's truly a homely atmosphere! Have certainly found a place to stay on my visits to Oxford, great place!

Great stay, near Marlow and High Wycombe. Food was varied with English and Asian dishes, I can certainly recommend the curries , authentic food served with a smile. Room was large with a king size bed and a single, clean and comfortable. Yes I would stay again

Was really disappointed with the rooms. Arrived after a long day and thought I had landed on a gem; the hotel/bar looks great and very welcoming from the outside. While the welcome from staff and food was very nice, the rooms were awful. As a business traveller, I stay in lots of places like this, but I couldn't spend much... More

We came to Turville to visit 'The Vicar of Dibley' location as well as close location to Oxford. We couldn't get into the hotel without a pin which we wouldn't have know had another guest not happen to come out. It wasn't clear where we had to go to check in (turns out, you go to the bar) Had to... More

Great value conveniently located hotel. Rooms would benefit from updating, however they are large, very clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent. Lovely full English breakfast, friendly staff and great service. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight whilst we attended Wycombe Wanderers play off semi final second leg versus Plymouth. The room was comfortable and well equipped with twin beds, which was ideal for me and my son. Very polite members of staff who showed us to our room and we booked in about 4 pm on the Thursday afternoon. Arrived back after the game... More

We stayed here for an overnight stay when visiting friends who lived just down the road. The hotel is a purpose built building attached to a pub. There are no prices on the website and so needed to call to book to find out the price. Despite this the booking process was easy although no booking confirmation email was sent... More
