Stayed here for two nights while visiting family who live a few streets away so most convenient! We found the room to be clean and a good size, we had a twin room, bathroom was big. Our room was at the end of of a corridor near to a fire exit and it did have a strange smell when we... more

we stayed here for a concert at wembley, when we arrived parking was good around the back and the location is very good for the town centre a mere 10 min stroll, we entered the reception area to what is a reacurring theme with this b&b, somewhat scruffy and in need of decorating, the room was also VERY dated and... more

we stayed overnight after a concert at West Wycombe Park. right from the time we checked in, the service was very good, the rooms had been refurbished & the beds were extremely comfortable with pure cotton bedding with an en suite with everything you need. as for the breakfast that was included in the price, there was a full english... more

Recently stayed here for a wedding and was happy with my experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but it was the service that was truly the impressive part. I booked the room through a third party hotel booking site, and thought I booked a double room with 2 twin beds, but the hotel apparently received a reservation for a... more

We only came to look at this hotel, as our usual place to stay, the Holiday Inn at Handy Cross, was booked up. Having read some of the previous reviews we did arrive with some trepidation, however given it's ranked 6/16 in High Wycombe, thought it couldn't be too bad. To be honest we were pleasantly surprised, there is plenty... more

Seemed very nice. only stayed a couple of nights. Clean (slightly basic) rooms - but you get more than what you pay for! It was £50 i think a night, which is good value for being in the South, so close to London.. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Only thing wrong was some tv channels didn't work. Can't understand some of... more

Stayed at this small Bed and Breakfast while on buisness. Located about 10 minutes walk from the station and the center of High Wycombe, its location is ideal for people who wish to use this for either pleasure or buisness. The rooms are getting tired and require some attention to stop them getting any worse. I would say that it... more

I stayed at the Abbey Lodge recently - it was my first time there and certainly the last one. The bedlinen and toilets were filthy and there was unpleasant smell of mould in the bathroom. The staff didn't make a very good impression either. I'll never step foot in this place again. more

We stayed overnight at the Abbey Lodge Hotel in March 2006. I must say that the hotel was impeccable. The service was lovely and the hotel is in a fantastic location, right near the centre of town. The rooms are very nice and unlike the majority of hotels I have stayed in the pillows were incredibly soft (something I find... more
