We booked this place online and the price was £69 . They asked all our card detail too. We got a tight room when we wanted to have tea the cups where already filled with old out of date tea and the window edges we all covered in mould. It can be very noisy and the people on the bottom... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night over the weekend to visit the local towns in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the room facilities, especially the bed and shower which were perfect for our stay. I have stayed in many 3 & 4 star hotels that don't provide a kettle or tea etc in the room, so was... More

Visited London to see the poppies and stayed here on way back home. Hotel is 5 mins walk into the town but quite a steep hill to walk back up. Good price for a basic room and could of done with a good dusting. Nice bath and very hot water. A decent buffet style breakfast but no sausages. Plenty of... More

Less than 5 minute walk (downhill) to High Wycombe centre (10 min walk to bus station). The entire hotel was outdated and in need of a refurb, but done fine for the 1 night we stayed. The room was rather small but had all the amenities (iron, tv etc). It also had the LOUDEST haridryer I've ever used. Sounded like... More

This Hotel, whilst being nothing remarkable offers good size rooms which were in good condition and were clean and neat. There is a reasonable breakfast and free car parking.Abbey Lodge is good value for money. It is in a good position, the High street and shopping centre are only a short walk down the hill.

Location to city centre is great, it must be a five minute walk. The hotel has parking which is free and an asset due to its location. The greeting was warm and friendly, this is where it ends. If you want to stop by for a night then fine but any longer then you will be greatly disappointed, the corridors... More

3 adults and 3 children in our group and we booked 2 triple rooms. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was yummy. The rooms were very basic and run down (it is an old building though) but the beds were comfortable and clean. The toilets could of done with seeing a bit of bleach and didn't flush properly. My... 2 adults and 3 children stayed in two separate rooms. Both of which were spotless clean. Breakfast was full of choice and cooked food was piping hot. No complaints whatsoever. Situated within a few minutes walk of the main high street. Lady on reception was friendly and helpful.
